• At the time of purchase, an invoice is issued. The customer can also specify billing data different from shipping data.
• Cases of force majeure entitles Vinylmail not to execute orders.

• Vinylmail will make all efforts in order to deliver goods within the terms confirmed by Vinylmail, but it is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by nondelivery or delays. The customer can require the cancellation of the orders that are not executed within the confirmed delivering term or withdraw from the purchase within 8 days after the delivery.
• At any time Vinylmail can cancel the order, wheter in its firm opinion, there are technical difficulties, supplying difficulties or in case of commercial reasons.
• Incidental faults or defects of the goods are to be declared within 8 days after the delivery. Returned goods must be authorized by Vinylmail and be sent by free port.
• Free shipment is provided for order over 200 €
• Vinylmail reserve the right to call the customers or to get in tounch via email in order to get a further confirmation.

Vinylmail tries to meet the customemers' wishes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Vinylmail is willing either to replace the product or to refund the 100% of the amount payed (in case of acceptable reasons) to satisfy the customers and to win their confidence.
